Strength Camp

Our youth program. Designed to build athletes who hit harder, move faster and last longer than the other guy. The program is fun and we teach these kids a TON!

  • Workouts are a mix of strength, conditioning and flexibility training.

  • Kids are taught the proper use of kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells and stongman equipment.

  • 45 minute sessions.

  • Strong kids win more!
