Kettlebell Cross Training
Few things match the versatility and effectiveness of kettlebell training. Training with kettlebells burns fat, improves flexibility and builds functional strength and conditioning. This class is set up in a way that allows clients from all fitness levels to train simultaneously and get an incredible workout.
A Beginner's workshop is required before joining any of the group classes.
