Strength Camp
Strong kids win more! Our youth program is designed to build athletes who hit harder, move faster and last longer than their opponent. The full body workouts are a mix of strength, conditioning and flexibility. Athletes are taught the proper use of kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, and strongman equipment.

Spring Into Fitness!
Get ready for tank tops and adventure! This five-week program is designed for beginners or people looking to ease their way back into training. Our coaches will guide you through each full body workout using kettlebells, dumbbells and bodyweight movements. The training is fun and the results are life changing!

Workshop - Intro to Kettlebell
Learn how to get strong, fit and flexible using kettlebells! This ninety minute workshop will cover the foundational kettlebell exercises. Perfect for a beginner or an experienced trainee looking to tune up the basics.

Workshop - Hike Strong!
This ninety minute workshop will cover the best exercises for hikers, hunters and trail runners. Class will include instruction on the use of kettlebell, dumbbell, sandbag and bodyweight movements. Let us teach you how to build a back of steel and legs that don't quit!
