Workshop - Intro to Kettlebells 

Learn how to get strong, fit and flexible using kettlebells! This ninety minute workshop will cover the life changing movements used in our group classes. Perfect for beginners or experienced trainees looking for a tune up.

Strength Camp

Strong kids win more! Our youth program is designed to build athletes who hit harder, move faster and last longer than their opponent. The full body workouts are a mix of strength, conditioning and flexibility. Athletes are taught the proper use of kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, and strongman equipment.
