We want you to be comfortable with the basics before joining the main class. If you are new to kettlebells, we offer two options to get you started. You can attend one of our Workshops, or you can schedule a private session.
If you aren’t sure where to start, give us a call.
If you are proficient with the swing, get up and goblet squat, you are welcome to join the main class. Your first class is free but you will need to schedule it in advance.

Jody is the founder of Alaska Kettlebell and an independent Strength and Condition Coach with over 15 years of professional experience.
He is the winner Alaska’s 2010 Strongman competition and a record holder in the Alaska Highland Games.
His clients range from Division 1 athletes to busy moms and dads. Jody has worked with many teams at the High School and Club level.

Marcia grew up as a suburban mall child, dabbling off and on with an active lifestyle. When the physical demands of motherhood started to take a toll, she realized something needed to change. Slowly, with many stops and starts, she became more active. The addition of strength training and kettlebells gave her the physical and mental tools she needed to live a healthy, active life.
Marcia’s goal is to help people build strength and master new skills so that they can succeed inside AND outside of the gym.
