Fun, full body workouts at a pace that is slightly slower than our main class. Perfect for people who are just starting out or experienced trainees who need something a little easier.

Just Strength

Full body, STRENGTH focused workouts using kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, bodyweight and sandbags. Positive setting, open to all skill levels.

Strength Camp

Strong kids win more! Our youth program is designed to build athletes who hit harder, move faster and last longer than their opponent. The full body workouts are a mix of strength, speed, flexibility and conditioning. Athletes are taught how to properly train with kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, body weight and strongman equipment.

Intro to Kettlebells

Learn how to get strong, fit and flexible using kettlebells. This ninety minute workshop covers the fundamentals of kettlebell training. Perfect for beginners or experienced athletes looking for a tune up. Call to schedule.
