Hockey Strong
Strong athletes win more! This Hockey specific program is designed to build explosive athletes who hit hard, skate fast and never quit. Athletes will be guided through the workouts using kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, and strongman movements.

Intro to Kettlebells
Learn how to get strong, fit and flexible using kettlebells. This workshop covers the fundamentals of kettlebell training. Perfect for beginners or experienced athletes looking for a tune up. Call to schedule.
